Please note that getting packages ready and trying to ship as soon as possible after your order has been placed is my priority. But allow 5-10 business days for delivery, to be safe. Deliveries over R1500 are free of charge.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You may request an exchange or refund of a product within 10 days of receiving it. Please provide the reason you request an exchange/refund. In case of receiving a damaged product, please request an exchange/refund within 48 hours of receiving the package along with photographs of the damaged product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the new shipping fees if you want to replace the item. To qualify for an exchange/refund you will need to provide a proof of purchase or receipt.
The products must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Upon returning the product, it needs to be packaged correctly for transport to make sure the product does not get damaged during transport. Upon receiving your package and ensuring it is still in proper condition, you will be refunded. Products arriving damaged in any way cannot be refunded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unfortunately due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are accepted for digital products.
